What if my item breaks?

Polymer clay is a sturdy material, however, you should be gentle with your earrings. Bending or dropping them can cause the item to break. Should your item break within 30 days of purchasing, please reach out to me info@broken-arrow-studios.com and we can discuss next steps.

What if I want to return or exchange my purchase?

I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please reach out to me if you have any questions. info@broken-arrow-studios.com

I got something on my item. How do I clean it?

If you notice dirt or something on your item, it can be wiped down with a damp, soft cloth. For tougher stains, a SMALL amount of nail polish remover (or rubbing alcohol) and a Q-Tip can help remove it. 

How are the clay items made?

My earrings and other products are made from polymer clay. The clay comes raw and you must bake it to cure the clay. Then, I drill holes in the clay pieces and assemble them with either a post or an ear wire. Some pairs are also coated with resin for a high shine finish and extra protection. 

Are your earrings okay for sensitive ears?

All of my earrings are hypoallergenic.

Do you ever offer clip ons?

I sure do! I can swap out pieces for the clip on pieces if you need clip ons! After you submit your order, please send me an email with your order number and your request for clip ons! info@broken-arrow-studios.com
